Carbon Fiber Heat Insulation Material
The Carbon Fiber Insulation Material is widely used in the high-temperature insulation field, playing a positive role in energy saving, emission reduction, and product quality improvement for equipment. The future development trends primarily focus on three aspects: (1) ultra-high purity, (2) maintaining ultra-high insulation performance above 2400℃ Celsius, (3) a certain level of strength.
AWSOM is primarily dedicated to the research and production of soft felt and rigid felt products with ultra-high heat insulation performance.These products can be categorized into long fiber and short fiber types. They can be applied to various industries such as heat treatment vacuum furnaces, photovoltaics, silicon semiconductors, optical fibers, sapphire, and silicon carbide semiconductor industries.
According to customer needs, AWSOM can do different surface treatments, such as attaching graphite foil and carbon cloth to enhance the lifespan significantly. For semiconductor clients, the company offers purification and high-purification treatment solutions, reducing impurities to below 20 ppm.
