Supplier Responsibility Commitment

AWSOM is committed to developing long-term partnership with suppliers, inviting suppliers to fulfill four major responsibilities: Confidentiality, Safety, Environmental Protection, and Integrity

1.Confidentiality: Suppliers commit to adhering to confidentiality agreements, keeping business and operational information confidential.  

2. Safety: Suppliers commit to following safety agreements, adhering to specified routes or instructions when visiting AWSOM for tours or operations. Suppliers pledge not to harm others and ensure they are not harmed by others. 
3. Environmental Protection: Suppliers commit to complying with environmental protection agreements, actively fulfilling environmental responsibilities, and ensuring that materials harmful to the environment do not enter AWSOM's factory. 
4. Integrity: Suppliers commit to abiding by integrity agreements, providing materials with high cost-effectiveness, refraining from bribery or entertainment that may disrupt normal business operations. We aim to create a transparent and fair competitive supply chain environment.

Supplier Qualification Application

Thank you for your interest in AWSOM's business. For a long-term partnership, kindly download the "Supplier Information Form."

Please fill it out accurately and comprehensively. 

After completing the form, please send scanned stamped version to procurement@awsom.com.cn.

Non-material suppliers could refer to the form and submit relevant documents to prove supply capabilities. 
 

1. AWSOM commits to keeping the information provided by suppliers confidential.
2. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents provided.
3. Certificates provided by suppliers must be the latest and valid.
4. Providing detailed and comprehensive information will facilitate a swift entry into the cooperation phase. 
(Note: If the provided information is found to be untrue upon verification, AWSOM reserves the right to list the supplier and related responsible parties as permanently ineligible for cooperation.)
