Carbon fiber friction material introduce a suitable amount of SiC ceramic hard material into the base of carbon/carbon composite materials. This perfect combination integrates the physical characteristics of both carbon/carbon composite materials and silicon carbide ceramics. The resulting composite material has the advantages of low density, high strength, stable friction performance, minimal wear, high braking efficiency, high-temperature resistance, and long service life. It is suitable for applications in high-speed trains, aircraft, automobiles, and other braking systems.
